My first appointment today is a lady, mid 20’s, ABS, educated, her long term goal is marriage and children.
I said “You look so young.”
She laughed and said “People say that to me all the time.”
Her relationship experience is very limited, basically just a couple of connections that lasted for a couple of months. She has never had a physical relationship and plans to be celibate until she is married.
Her scores are interesting because she is traditional, but not religious. Her score in religion is “3”, while her conformity score is “6”. It is her traditional score that inspires her to be celibate, not her religion score.
She downhill skis, and would love to get involved with more outdoor activities. She has an interest to continue to travel. She has visited Europe, the Caribbean, Alaska, and Hawaii. She loves taking pictures when she travels.
She is very sweet, positive and optimistic. It was refreshing to talk to someone who has not been hurt, is not jaded from past relationships, and believes she will meet the right man, marry, have kids, and live happily ever after.
She is going to discuss joining Perfectly Matched with her mother and give me a call next week.
I would like to help her find her Price Charming.
My second appointment is a lady, late 50’s, highly educated, divorced, and her long term goal is probably marriage.
She has been married most of her life and the thought of dating at this time in her life feels odd.
She said “I was 19 the last time I dated and I have no idea how to start it, but I am ready. I enjoy being a part of a couple.”
She enjoys reading, painting, computers, concerts, music, and travel.
She said “I am so open to trying something new and different. I am excited to expand my horizons and do new things.”
She is tall and thin, and has a very light hearted way about her.
I said “What is your height preference?”
She said “If he doesn’t mind that I am 5’9, I don’t mind if he is 5’10.”
She looks for a man who has a curious mind, is into self improvement, and is still active.
I especially enjoy working with clients who are just beginning to date after a long term marriage or relationship has ended.
They are always so open on their preferences to begin with, and it is fun to see how they evolve and become more focused as they have more dating experiences.
My guess is, the first thing she will change is her height preference.
